The People,
all political power is inherent in the people, and all free government is founded on their authority, and is instituted for their equal protection and benefit, and they have the right in lawful and constituted methods to alter or reform their forms of government in such a manner as they may think proper. And the state of South Dakota is an inseparable part of the American Union and the Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the land.
American patriots
have led a massive movement beginning as early as 2009, to preemptively and completely take control of America. Utilizing a strategy to nominate and choose new elected leaders at the Federal, State, and Local levels of American Government. A confederation of Patriots, the Military, and Conservative leaders, have invoked our organic documents, to restore the American Republic, by pushing out a belligerent occupation from our country. From this movement, came the Presidency of Donald Trump, of which became the symbol around the world that America was changing from within. And the effects of Federal policies since then, are playing a huge role in our fight for Freedom.
The people
must have a strong voice in the government, to be heard, respected, and every intent must be to honor the will of all persons.
We need a government
that better responds to the people more directly, and not one which caters to select few people who are chosen by organizations, committees and the associations of developers, powerful bankers, and chamber executives.
The government
must do a better job at dialoguing with common residents, during public meetings, and less about trying to restrict their voices, thus paving the way for more transparency in government.
Our form of government works best,
when everyone can share in the government process, thus collaborating together on all public matters.

The American Republic
A Republic is a form of government in which supreme power rests in the hands of the citizens entitled to vote, and is exercised by elected representatives rather than a monarch.
- ✓ The word comes from the Latin phrase res publica, which translates to the “Public Thing”.
- ✓ Governance is guided and limited by a foundational charter, law, or constitution rather than the unconstrained will of a single ruler.
- ✓ Citizens choose leaders or representatives to make laws and govern on their behalf.
- ✓ Citizens participate directly in the act of governing by voting on laws, policies, and public decisions themselves.
